Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

By accessing this Demo, you agree to the following:

• All materials, features, data, designs, and documentation within the Demo are proprietary and constitute "Confidential Information" belonging exclusively to TogoTrek.
• You shall not share, disclose, copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise make available any Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent from TogoTrek.
• Your continued access constitutes acceptance of and binding agreement to these non-disclosure obligations, equivalent to a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Limited Access & Use

• Access is granted solely for internal evaluation purposes and may be revoked at any time at TogoTrek's sole discretion.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying algorithms, nor use the Demo for competitive analysis or benchmarking purposes.
• The Demo is not intended for production use.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Demo, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, workflows, and documentation, remain the sole and exclusive property of TogoTrek. No license, ownership, or intellectual property rights are transferred to you by virtue of accessing the Demo, except the limited right to test as expressly stated.

The Demo is provided "as is", without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, including but not limited to performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

TogoTrek and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of your use or inability to use the Demo.
